Gratitude

Our default setting seems to be to see the negatives in life or in ones self.
We wake up with worries and stresses over the things we lack, and areas we feel we have failed
If you haven't started practicing gratitude then I want you to start TODAY!
Before you even get out of bed think of just 3 things you are grateful for, and then feel the love you have for these things.
It could be something as simple as being grateful that you have a warm and cosey bed to sleep in.
Grateful for eyes that you can see with etc
Do this every day for 30 days. if you can try and think of 3 different things every day and write them down, at the end of 30 days you will have a list of 90 things you are grateful for and I bet at the end of 30 days you will be feeling better about life than you did on day 1.
