Great ways to detox your mind

Meditating doesn't have to be clearing your mind of everything

You don't need to sit cross legged dressed like a monk listening to the sound of a Tibetan bowl chime. Start simply, try just turning of your phone and going for a walk

Concentrate on breathing and learning breath techniques

Listen to ambient sounds on you tube

Have a candle lit bath with some soothing lavender bath oil and soft music

Just start small, making sure that every day you have minimum of 30 mins

quiet time to yourself, You need to look after You!
